Delta Engineering Consultants is an engineering consultancy in Ras Al Khaimah, managed by Eng. Abubakr Al Jazairi. The office offers architectural design, site supervision and follow-up, interior design and feasibility studies.

Four services, one engineer-led office.

Delta works from Office M12, on the mezzanine floor of the Al Oraibi Building on Al Muntasir Road in Al Nakheel. The office is managed by Eng. Abubakr Al Jazairi, and clients who have reviewed it on Google mention him by name.

Four services are offered: architectural design, site supervision and follow-up, interior design and feasibility studies. They can be taken together, from the first study to the finished house, or one at a time — the scope of each appointment is agreed per project.

The office keeps a split working day: Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM and again from 5 to 9 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM. The evening hours make it easier to visit after work.

We work in Arabic and English, in person at the office, by telephone or on WhatsApp.

Four principles we work to.

They are ordinary engineering practice, applied the same way on every project.

    A feasibility study answers whether and what to build; design and interiors answer how; supervision checks that it is built as drawn. One office can carry all four.

  • Designed for this place

    Orientation, shade and materials are considered for the plot and the Ras Al Khaimah climate, not adapted from a scheme drawn for somewhere else.

  • Engineer-led

    The office is managed by an engineer, Eng. Abubakr Al Jazairi, and the scope of every appointment is agreed with the owner before work starts.

  • Arabic and English

    Drawings, correspondence and site discussions run in the language you prefer, at the office, on the telephone or on WhatsApp.
